Fee structure

We have a number of different fee options depending on the level of detail needed for the report as well as the depth and type of assessment necessary. For more information on what is included click here 

Diagnostic summary letter vs a Full report

A diagnostic summary letter or a full report may be requested as part of the assessment. Details on what these include is reported below.

  • Initial interview
  • review of any relevant developmental, medical and educational history
  • face to face testing (between 3-6hrs)
  • a diagnostic report
  • feedback and recommendations session
  • Brief summary of referral concerns
  • Diagnosis / Differential diagnosis and severity level
  • Brief summary of strengths and weaknesses
  • Brief general recommendation options
  • Summary of family, medical and developmental history
  • Summary of previous interventions and current concerns
  • Full tabled results and interpretation of tests used

ADHD assessment- attention or impulsivity issues

Determines whether someone has ADHD and also provides detailed information and testing of their cognitive strengths and weaknesses (reasoning, processing speed, working memory, attention & executive functioning)

Specific learning disorder (SLD) assessment- academic difficulties

Determines whether someone has a SLD and also provides detailed information about their cognitive strengths and weaknesses (reasoning, processing speed, working memory, attention & executive functioning).

*additional cognitive testing may be needed which would incur additional fees such as memory or visual/auditory processing

Giftedness or IQ assessment

Determines whether someone fits the criteria of intellectual giftedness  and also provides detailed information about their cognitive strengths and weaknesses

Additional cognitive testing

Specific extra testing based on someone’s needs i.e memory, auditory processing, visual processing, executive functioning, theory of mind, alexithymia, prosopagnosia, communication, social interaction, and play/imagination skills)

To determine the presence of conditions such as: Anxiety and mood disorders, ODD, OCD, Tic Disorders, ARFID etc
